A someone who stutters I can tell you the anxiety can increase physical tension and make breathing harder. This is what I recommend..
- Keep talking..It is not healthy to stay in a room and be on a computer
- Take deep breaths from your diaphragm..
- Take care of yourself…reach out if you need help..
